This menu was created from a combination of three unusual ingredients: whitefish + herring + salmon.

Whitefish are Freshwater fish with a delicate and tasty meat, rich in vitamins A and D as well as B group vitamins. They perfectly influence the work of the whole body.

Herring is a healthy source of protein as well as vitamins and trace elements.

Salmon, in turn, is famous for zinc and selenium, which have anti-cancer properties and support the immune system.
