The Wiejska Zagroda monoprotein food range is a balanced food dedicated to dogs with sensitive digestive tracts and a tendency to allergies. The use of only one source of animal protein and the absence of cereals and legumes helps to reduce the risk of adverse food reactions, while a range of health-promoting additives support proper digestion and can alleviate inflammation caused by allergies or recurrent stomach problems. Feed ingredients also support skin health and the prevention of joint disease. 

Monoprotein foods provide all the nutrients necessary for the proper functioning of an adult dog's body. The high meat and animal ingredient content of 66% and the high dose of animal protein enable healthy muscle mass to be maintained, while the balanced fat content provides the energy needed for daily activity. Vegetables and fruit complete the recipe with valuable vitamins and minerals, taking care of the eyesight, skin, nervous system and liver.

Beef is a complete food for dogs prone to allergies and digestive disorders. The aromatic beef provides an unforgettable flavour that even fussy dogs will not be able to resist. The sweet potato and potato provide easily digestible energy while supplementing the recipe with valuable vitamins, minerals and fibre. Health-promoting additives and superfoods make the food not only a tasty meal - it is also an excellent element in the prevention of many health problems faced by pet pets. The formula has been enriched with, among other things, salmon oil providing omega-3 fatty acids, vegetables and fruit as a source of powerful antioxidants, cranberries to support urinary health, and substances enabling proper functioning of joints - glucosamine and chondroitin.

FUNCTIONAL INGREDIENTS AND SUPERFOODS:

• Yeast - is a single-celled mushroom with a high nutritional value. They are a source of valuable protein and valuable amino acids, and provide B vitamins, biotin and zinc, so their addition in pet food has a positive effect on the appearance of the coat and skin health. Yeast also contains beta-glucans - prebiotic compounds that provide an excellent medium for beneficial bacteria inhabiting the dog's intestines, can stimulate the immune system to fight pathogens and modulate allergic reactions.
• Salmon oil - is a concentrated source of unsaturated fatty acids from the omega-3 and omega-6 family. It provides, among others, EPA and DHA acids, which have a positive impact on the health of the entire organism - relieving inflammation of joints and skin, protecting cells against free radicals, showing protective effects on nerve cells, kidneys and liver, as well as slowing down ageing processes and supporting the immune system.
• Taurine - is an amino acid with a wide range of effects. It is essential for the normal function of the heart and the organ of vision, supports the regeneration of the body after exercise and is involved in the production of bile that enables fat digestion.
• FOS and MOS - are prebiotic fibres that are utilised in the intestines by bacteria that have a positive effect on the dog's body. The addition of FOS and MOS promotes the development of a healthy intestinal microbiota that displaces pathogenic bacteria, which can reduce the risk of diarrhoea and flatulence.
• Seaweed / algae Ascophyllum nodosum - contains a range of trace elements, amino acids and natural antioxidants to protect the body from free radicals. The addition of Ascophyllum nodosum algae helps to reduce plaque build-up and supports your dog's oral health.
• Tomato - is a source of the powerful antioxidant lycopene, which can inhibit the development of cancer and delay the ageing process. This vegetable also provides the potassium necessary for proper muscle and heart function, vitamins C, K and A, and fibre to regulate digestive processes.
• Parsley - dried parsley contains large amounts of vitamin K, which improves blood clotting, and iron, which is involved in the formation of red blood cells and oxygen transport. It is also a source of vitamin C, which supports immunity, improves wound healing and is essential for the production of collagen that builds joints and tendons.
• Mojave Yucca - is a plant that supports proper digestive processes, nutrient absorption, body cleansing and intestinal mucosal regeneration. Its addition can reduce unpleasant faecal odours.
• Cranberry - is a fruit of particular importance for urinary tract health. It contains large doses of vitamin C, which contributes to maintaining an adequate urinary pH. It may also reduce the adhesion of bacteria to the bladder walls and therefore reduce the risk of bacterial infections of the lower urinary tract.
• Turmeric - contains curcumin, which is a powerful antioxidant and has anti-inflammatory properties, so it can provide support in relieving pain associated with osteoarthritis, among other conditions. The addition of turmeric in a dog's diet can also stimulate the secretion of digestive juices and speed up metabolism.
• Glucosamine - is a substance used primarily in the prevention and alleviation of osteoarthritis symptoms. It is essential for the proper functioning of the musculoskeletal system and can stimulate the cells that build joint cartilage to produce collagen. Glucosamine derivatives lining the bladder wall and protecting it from bacterial ingress.
• Chondroitin - is the main component of articular cartilage. It is responsible for proper cartilage hydration and elasticity and stimulates cells to synthesise collagen and hyaluronic acid. The addition of chondroitin can reduce pain and swelling in osteoarthritis.
• MSM - (methylsunphonylmethane) is an organic source of sulphur - an essential ingredient for the synthesis of sulphur amino acids, which are responsible for the healthy appearance of hair coats. MSM supplementation can reduce inflammation in the body and is therefore recommended for joint disease, dermatological problems, allergies and inflammatory bowel conditions.
