‘Products’: Any products forming the subject of a Contract including parts of, or materials incorporated in, them as more particularly described upon this website.
Postage and packing are not included in the use of the term “Products”.

3. Price
3.1. The Price of the products is set out on the website and the confirmation of order. Value added tax is added to the product and included in original price shown in the store.
4. Completing the Order
4.1. When you complete your details and the details of the products which you wish to purchase and submit them to us by clicking the ‘Confirm Order’ button, you are offering to purchase the products at the price shown on the website in GBP Pounds Sterling subject to these terms and conditions.
4.2. The Contract for the sale by us to you of the products is completed when we send to you our confirmation of order by email.
4.3. In order to buy products from us through this website you must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse to complete a contract for the sale of products to you, or/and request a proof of ID to complete the payment
5. Payments
5.1. Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, PayPal or in cash
6. Delivery
6.1. Once your order has been confirmed by us and payment completed, your products will be despatched (see our delivery option or shipping policy for details) if payment is received before 2pm (Mon-Fri).
If payment is received after 2pm, all products will be shipped the following working day.
We are very new to the UK’s market but will always make sure we have enough in stock to meet your needs. In the unlikely event we are out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail with an estimated delivery time.
In some parts of the world delivery may be delayed by the postal system of that country. In such cases we will discuss with you by e-mail a mutually acceptable method of proceeding with your order.
6.2. Delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to make an alternative arrangement for delivery.
6.3. It is not possible to guarantee delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day or any other National Holiday in the Country of delivery. Delivery times in 6.1 do not take such holidays into account.
6.4. Please note, we are ONLY delivering within the United Kingdom.
7. Law and Jurisdiction
7.1. The contract shall be governed by English Law and we and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you access the Website from locations outside of England and Wales you are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to that territory.
