If you would like to return your products, please first contact us at (feedpetsuk@hotmail.com) and provide your name, order number and the reason for returning the product.
We will than advise where and how to return the products to us.
We will only accept the return of products back to us within 14 days from the date you received the order (physical confirmation is required). If the unwanted products are returned in their original condition, we will refund you any money (minus postage paid) for those products.
We do not accept the return of opened or part used products.
1. Please make sure we receive your returned products within 14 days from the date you receive them.
2. Refunds can only be issued for products which are returned to us unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
3. No refunds or exchange will be given without a valid purchase receipt, dispatch note, or any other proof of purchase.
4. Photo evidence will be required for all damaged products.
5. Sale/Clearance products – any of the sale products that are purchased are not eligible for a refund beyond 7 days of the purchase date.
This is due to the nature of the reduction as this will generally be applied due to the best before date approaching/lapsing.
All sale products are clearly listed with their best before dates or damage that has occurred.
Please note: products should be returned in original, unopened packaging.
If it has been opened or package is damaged in any way, we would not be able to take it back or issue any refunds.
We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your records and safety.
We will not take responsibility for returned products if they are lost in the post.

Once we received the product back and checked it over, we will issue a refund. This may take up to 2-5 working days and will be refunded to the original payment method (no other method of refund is available)
If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the products and no other arrangements has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the cost for delivery.
If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) or incorrect address has been provided and the item is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us.
If the product was received damaged the same rules apply and the product must be sent back to us before any refund or replacement can be given (including the photo evidence of delivery being received).
How long it will take for refund to be processed?
Once we have received the product and the return has been processed by our warehouse, we can issue the refund.
When you are due a refund, most often it is processed within 2-5 business days and issued to the payment account used for the original purchase. If you originally paid for your order using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal, it may take up to five additional working days before the refund is reflected on your account statement.
Once we have issued the refund on our side, it is then your responsibility to contact your bank or PayPal account if there is a delay in the refund showing in your balance.
