All orders placed before 2pm during the week, will be dispatched on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and delivered accordingly to chosen delivery option (expected date of delivery is sent to you on orders email confirmation).

• Once you place your order you will receive a email and text message confirmation. 
• When we will dispatch your order you will receive a text message or email with a tracking number
• On the delivery day Royal Mail, will send you an email and text message with a specific time when your order will be delivered and where to.

Please provide a valid e-mail address or your contact number for our couriers to be able to inform you accordingly.

Why have I not received order confirmation?

If you have not received a confirmation email, it is likely that either the order has not gone through, or the email address is incorrect. 

If the order has not gone through, this could be due to payment issues, please check your method of payment to ensure a payment has been made.

If the email is incorrect, the order will be processed as usual, but we highly advise you to check you have provided us with your telephone number to contact in case of any mistakes made, so they can be resolved easiest.
